Taking a step towards something unknown in life is often attached with fears and worries. It takes courage to overcome those fears and worries. Being courageous and doing something unfamiliar makes us vulnerable. It risks that we fail.

Some say alI they need to live their dream life is courage. And then they never apply enough of it to actually get started.

Not every courage is the same.
There is small courage, where we take baby steps to maintain our safety and security.
And there is big courage, where we take giant steps to destroy our safety and security. We deal with fear, worries and other obstacles.

When I say that I choose courage over comfort, all I do is take a baby steps with small doses of courage. Every day a little step. Until I have tip-toed a giant step.

It’s easier said than done.
And sometimes it’s just a little bit too much to walk the baby steps all alone. That is when it’s the right time to work with a life coach or a program to bridge your fears and worries to where you want to be in life.
